Shelf Sort
Shelf Sort is a free online product sorting game you can play in your browser with nothing to install. The corner store shelves are a mess: cans, milk cartons, jam jars, donuts and dozens of other lovingly drawn products. Every shelf has three spots. Drag a product to a free spot, and when three of a kind sit together on one shelf they vanish with a satisfying pop. Behind the front row more products are waiting: when the front empties, the layer behind it moves forward.
There are more than 60 levels in every difficulty, all with a guaranteed solution, and the clock is always ticking. Easy has few shelves and plenty of time, Medium adds more layers and the first locked shelves, which only open after a few sets, and Hard fills the store with many kinds of products, very little room and a back layer shown only as silhouettes. Making sets in a row builds combos, leftover time becomes bonus points and your progress is saved on your device, so you can come back to the same level whenever you like.

How to play
- Drag products between the shelves: three of a kind on one shelf disappear and the ones behind come forward.
- Empty every shelf before the clock runs out; harder levels bring more layers, locked shelves and silhouettes.
On the keyboardArrows move across the spots, Enter or Space picks up and places a product, H gives a hint, U undoes, S shuffles, T adds 30 seconds, Esc lets go.
Tips to play better
- 1Check the back layer before moving: it shows what will appear once the front is empty.
- 2Emptying a front row with few products opens new moves but also takes up room. Count your free spots first.
- 3Start with products that already have a matching pair on one shelf: that set is just one drag away.
- 4Make sets less than 5 seconds apart to raise your combo and earn far more points.
- 5On locked shelves, the number on the padlock tells you how many sets are left before it opens. Save some room until then.
Frequently asked questions
Can every level be solved?
Yes. Each level is built backwards from valid moves, so there is always a path to the last empty shelf.
What happens if I run out of room?
When no move is left, you can watch a video to shuffle the products and keep going, or start the level again.
How do hint, undo, shuffle and the extra 30 seconds work?
Each power is unlocked by watching a short video. Hint shows a good move, undo takes back one move, shuffle rearranges everything in a way that can still be solved and the clock gains 30 seconds.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, your level, score and current game are kept on your own device, with no sign up.
