Escape
Escape is the classic packed parking lot puzzle: cars only move back and forth along their own direction, and you have to make room until the red car reaches the exit on the right. Cars two and three squares long, plus fixed walls, turn every level into a knot.
There are five difficulties, from Easy to Ultra hard, on boards from 5 by 5 up to 7 by 7. You can undo as many moves as you like, and the hint shows the next three moves of the shortest solution. At the end, the game counts how many moves you needed.

On the keyboardArrows pick a car, Enter or Space grabs and drops it, while grabbed the arrows slide it; Z undoes, H gives a hint, Esc drops.
Tips to play better
- 1Work backwards: see which cars stand between the red car and the exit, then ask what has to move out of the way of each of them.
- 2Vertical cars three squares long are the biggest blockers. Figure out early whether they need to go up or down, since everything else depends on it.
- 3Sliding a car several squares counts as one move. Take each car straight to where it needs to be, with no half steps.
- 4If the board locks up, undo back to the last moment you had free space. Often the mistake was sliding a car too far and closing a gap.
Frequently asked questions
Does the move count matter?
It shows up on the win screen so you can compare your attempts. Each car you drag counts as one move, however many squares it travels.
