Snakes
Snakes drops you into an arena packed with rival snakes. Steer yours, eat dots to grow and never touch anyone's body with your head. Whoever crashes turns into a trail of food, and that goes for them too: make a rival crash into you and the feast is yours.
The leaderboard shows the ten biggest snakes and a crown points to the leader. On Easy rivals leave more food behind when they die; on Hard they play smarter and leave far less. Boost helps you escape or trap, but it costs length.

- Steer your snake and eat dots to grow.
- Don't crash your head into other snakes. Survive and get huge!

Tips to play better
- 1To take down a bigger snake, boost past the front of its head and cut across its path. It hits your body and drops all its food.
- 2Once you are big, circle around a smaller rival. It gets trapped inside the loop and sooner or later runs into you.
- 3Boost burns a little of your length every second. Use it in short bursts and let go as soon as the move is done.
- 4Stay away from the edge of the arena, since leaving it also ends the game. Near the border, turn early and wide.

Frequently asked questions
How do I control the snake on a computer?
The snake follows your mouse, and holding the click activates boost. On the keyboard, the arrows or A and D turn, and Space, W or the up arrow boost.
What happens when my snake crashes?
The game ends and your body becomes food. With an extra life you come back in the same spot, at the same size, with a few seconds of protection.
