First, it's worth explaining the concept. In Pokémon TCG Pocket , secret missions are objectives that are not listed in the game's visible missions.

Therefore, they do not appear right away and you only discover them by completing certain actions, such as collecting cards or performing specific combinations.

Although they seem mysterious and difficult to identify, these missions unlock incredible rewards, such as rare cards and even Pokémon variants that are unique to the game.

So, throughout the game, you collect cards from different generations, but secret missions challenge you to complete specific sets of cards to unlock these rewards.

How to complete secret missions in Pokémon TCG Pocket?

There are several secret missions in Pokémon TCG Pocket and each of them has its own set of challenges.

So, let's go through them one by one, helping you understand how to complete them and earn the rewards.

Complete the Kanto Pokédex

The first secret mission is a real challenge for collectors: completing Kanto's original Pokédex.

So, you need to collect all 150 Pokémon cards from the first generation.

However, it is worth noting that event cards, such as Lapras EX, do not count towards this mission.

So, once you complete the Pokédex, the reward will be an exclusive Mew card, one of the most desired Pokémon.

Tip : Use Pack Points to help fill in the gaps you find in your Pokédex. This method can save you a lot of time.

Genetic Domination Museum 1 (Charizard)

Now, you must collect Full Art variants of some specific cards.

The cards you need for this mission are:

  • Alakazam;
  • Charmander;
  • Gloom;
  • Lapras;
  • Meowth;
  • Pinsir;
  • Rapidash;
  • Slowpoke.

Completing this mission will reward you with Package Hourglasses, Mystery Hourglasses, and Store Tickets.

Tip : Keep an eye out for cards you don't have yet and use Pack Points to get Full Art variants.

Genetic Domination Museum 2 (Mewtwo)

Similar to the previous quest, Genetic Domination Museum 2 requires you to collect Complete Art variants from other cards.

So in this case, the cards you need are: Bulbasaur, Cubone, Ditto, Dragonite, Golbat, Pidgeot, Porygon and Weezing.

Therefore, upon completing this mission, you will receive the same rewards as the previous mission: Package Hourglasses, Mystery Hourglasses and Store Tickets.

Tip : If you have trouble finding some of these cards, check the player trade or use your Pack Points.

Genetic Domination Museum 3 (Pikachu)

The Genetic Domination Museum 3 mission is similar to the previous two, but this time you need to collect the Complete Art variants of the cards:

  • Diglett;
  • Electrode;
  • Eevee;
  • Gyarados;
  • Nidoking;
  • Nidoqueen;
  • Snorlax;
  • Squirtle.

Thus, the collection process is the same as the previous missions, and upon completing it, you earn more Hourglasses and Store Tickets.

Tip : Pay attention to Pokémon cards like Eevee and Gyarados, which can be a little harder to find. So, take advantage of the events to try to catch them.

The Kanto Region 2 Gym Leaders

This mission of the Pokémon TCG Pocket requires that you collect complete art variants of the eight Kanto gym leaders, such as Blaine, Brock, Erika, Giovanni, Koga, Lt. Surge, Misty and Sabrina.

Upon completion, you will be rewarded with Package Hourglasses, Mystery Hourglasses, and Store Tickets.

Tip : Pay attention to each leader's specific cards and try to complete the sets little by little.

The Immersive 4

Pokémon TCG Pocket 's Immersive 4 mission , you need to collect immersive art variants of four special cards: Charizard Ex, Mewtwo Ex, Pikachu Ex, and Mew from the first secret mission.

This mission is a little more advanced, as it requires exclusive immersive art cards.

However, despite this, the reward is quite generous, with more Package Hourglasses and Store Tickets.

Tip : Immersive art cards may be rarer, so if you don't have the patience to wait, use your Pack Points to try to get the variants you want.

The Legendary Flight Continues

The final and most difficult mission is those of the three legendary birds Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres Ex.

So, to complete it, you need to collect Full Art variants of these legendary cards.

As a reward, you receive Pack Hourglasses, Mystery Hourglasses, and a Unique Emblem.

Tip : Don't be discouraged if it takes a while to complete this mission. If you have trouble obtaining any of these cards, consider using your Pack Points or participating in events that offer these variants as a reward.

Pokémon TCG Pocket 's secret missions are a huge challenge, but they're also one of the most fun parts of the game. So, good luck, and may your card collection become more and more powerful!
